Human Dynamics
Human Dynamics is the term given to new understandings of human behavior developed by Dr. Sandra Segal and her associates at Human Dynamics International through continuing research she has been leading since 1979. This investigation has involved more than 80,000 people from more than twenty-five countries.
This new framework for understanding people and realizing the potential within an organization presents a new body of work that identifies fundamental distinctions in employees’ ability to function together as a whole system--including distinctions regarding how people communicate, learn, solve problems, exercise leadership, function in teams, become stressed, maintain wellness, and develop, personally, interpersonally and trans-personally. These new understandings have been used in major corporations to enhance communication and collaboration, optimize teaching and learning, promote the capacities to recognize, appreciate and utilize diverse gifts, and dramatically improve individual, team and organizational performance. |
