Employee Performance Evaluation
Evaluation, Feedback and Manager–Employee dialogue
The employee evaluation processes is a “must have” integrative process and critical to every organization.
Every employee needs to play a significant role, which means coping with challenging goals and producing results, knowing the extent of his goal achievement and maintaining a meaningful dialogue about them. This is especially true for the younger work forces. ‘Tmurot TPS’ developed the necessary methods and technological infrastructure in response to organizations needs. This information presents the managers with data about the extent of their employees’ engagement and translates it into an action plan.
The younger work force has expectations for a meaningful dialogue with their managers regarding the quality of their performance. The annual or semi-annual personal interaction with the manager in the personal feedback and performance evaluation session is an opportunity to turn it into a critical process – it is an annual end-of-year process and a process that starts a new year.
The performance evaluation process enables the manager to be in touch with the more important motivating factors, including the need to make meaningful contributions to the employees’ goals and tasks, the employee’s need to know the extent of his or her achievement goals and maintain a meaningful dialogue about them, emphasizing the mutual relationship between employees and their managers.
